They are somewhat hard but when poked they do become wet.. it isn’t a few bubbles it’s a lot in all the rooms and I’m thinking it’s due to too much stain.

At 22, I would think a better use of your time would be to hustle and save up enough so that you can get your feet wet on your own.

Pretty minor stuff: painting, hanging towel bars, repair toilet, repair door hinges, caulk in wet areas, replace broken door, replace broken outlet covers.
