Using home equity as a down payment?
What’s up everybody? I’m 22. I’m young and dumb but I’m really wanting to get into rental properties. I’m willing to learn anything I can and have already educated myself quite a bit by listening to podcast and reading books on real estate. One question I have is, could I use my parent’s home equity as a down payment for my first piece of rental property?
