The success forum has some, but it's hard to sift through them so I was hoping some people could post some of theirs.

We've been sifting through residential and commercial RE numbers for Georgia and Atlanta and just not happy with the depth we're getting.For example, we can't get anything reliable on the overall value of the different markets, such as the value  overall residential/commercial sales or the value of tax liens/deeds sold for 2014.

) For some people, they can sift through all the information and eventually work out what to do first and then second and so on.

While I can manipulate the data using the basic filters, there is still a considerable amount of sifting through dated postings that are no longer current or available.Has anyone else experienced this, or found a better way?

Then, when you do your books, or get audited it is much easier for your accountant and auditor to do the books and audits because they won't have to ponder over and sift through your personal accounting.It may cost a little more to have personal and business accounting and taxes, but one the most-critical reasons by businesses have been successful is because we have super simple and super accurate bookkeeping systems.

Out of the 40 or so SF properties that I've sifted through, this was one that I'd actually live in without doing much work at all.

Right now I'm sifting through the plethora of information on this site so hopefully by that time I'll have a better idea of what my investing goals are.
