Looking for Atlanta & Georgia numbers?

Hey BP Community! 

We've been sifting through residential and commercial RE numbers for Georgia and Atlanta and just not happy with the depth we're getting.

For example, we can't get anything reliable on the overall value of the different markets, such as the value  overall residential/commercial sales or the value of tax liens/deeds sold for 2014. The numbers we're finding just seem to be all over the place. 

FYI, we don't regard the major websites such as zillow, trulia, loopnet etc as good sources for our requirements. In fact, it's true to say that we find more reliable information on BP than anywhere else!

From regularly reading the forums, I know there are some really good numbers people on here, but have not yet come across anything that gives us a complete picture. We're interested in all aspects of the market here and are committed long term to this market.

So where is the most reliable sources for these kind of numbers, even in the raw? We're happy to share our results with anybody who asks.
