Should I be using postcards or hand written letters for my first absentee owner campaign?

(post card size mailer) - printed to and return address.

Of course you still have to mail them a letter or post card, but that is still a great start.

I just orderd postcards that I will use as part of my marketing plan too.

I send lot of post cards to owners who list their mailing address as the house I want to put under contract.

Jerry, I built my list by locating all of the cash buyers from the past 5 months in the city the property is in, I sent all 900 of them a postcard basically stating I was a wholesaler and had other properties near the one they own that they could view.
