lists of non-owner occupant buyers

i've recently been trying to add buyers to my buyers list and got a strategry from someone and thats to call a title company and ask the residential properties that have been purchased within the last 3to 6 months by non-owner occupant buyers.........i havent been able o come across any good title companies in my area that are willing to give me that information,any suggestions on what could posibly do to get the info fromhem or anywhere?i've also heard of universalists.com any one use them as well?

you can download these lists (absentee owners) from listsource.com and realquest.com. they aren't free, but that's really the way to go, unless you can get them from a title company for free. i kind of doubt it, though. after you download the list, take it to click2mail and create a yellow postcard, and send it to your list.
