They are typically the old mansion type homes that were great houses in their prime, but have since been converted to 3-5 plex type buildings. 

@Jay Hinrichs They are very slick when they advertise how good their program works when they are flashing the mansion and exotic sports cars as some sort of proof what they have is the real deal.
