Ripoff You are turning the leasing of your property over to an unlicensed person  who will be able to collect a down payment from almost anybody and stick them in your property You have no protection ,maybe violate dodd frank laws  and be stuck with an eviction Did you even investigate the company ,run their contracts by a lawyer or get even 1 reference ?

But if they are on site for an inspection, they can investigate as they please.

They responded to the email by going to our agency to complain on us saying we sent them a nasty unprofessional email which if a complaint is made it prompts an internal investigation (the board secretary made the complaint).

I’m not sure where to buy plans or how to find a contractor, investigate costs, etc.

Problem is I am in Afghanistan making the cheese and cannot really go to these places and will likely have family members investigate on my behalf.

Hello all, While investigating a couple of property that have tax liens I noticed a unoccupied house that was in awesome condition.

The above numbers are for a rough calculation to see whether this property is even worth pursuing (investigating the actual expenses constituting the $4,673, etc.).

There is an REO property in the town next to me that I would like to investigate further and ultimately make an offer on.
