Opinion on EQUITY PRO? Good first investment property?

I have been trying to find a company that will help me find the right investment properties and someone I can trust.

Does anyone have an opinion on Equity Pro? Know them? Work with them before?

Wondering if they have sound estimates, if they are high or low for example?

Also I am wanting to get into real estate HAM, is this a good first investment property. Problem is I am in Afghanistan making the cheese and cannot really go to these places and will likely have family members investigate on my behalf. I know. What can you do? See property below.
