It's usually safer to find a community that already allows them, as it's unlikely they're going to backtrack on all the new income sources they're loving.I think it's even safer to find a community that embraces them.

If they don't, it'll be far better to have a pro-active and uncomfortable convo with Aunt now and be well served in real estate instead of embracing comfort and having harder emotions to deal with down the line.Keep asking questions where others blindly "do" and you'll be unstoppable in all things!
