Newbie from Los Angeles

Hi,

I been lurking BP for a while and wanted to say hello. I been reading all the great information and advice from all the investors on this site. I am currently in the learning stage of real estate investing, reading a lot of books, attending some community college classes and seminars, and most importantly saving money for my first investment property (hopefully in a few years).

I am in the Los Angeles area.
