We are not in a rush to buy but we are getting pressure to put 25% down to get the deal (which aren’t even great deals in this market).

It said they expect demand for apartment rentals to ease as all the new builds come online.

@Benjamin Lyng I can certainly show the "most well attended" but often times those groups advertise and have a lot of high pressure sales with them. 

Take a look, they have some nice solutions to ease your mind.

It creates a no pressure situation and it is going to get you a better response than "What do you want for it."

You need to put pressure on your contractor to do what you are paying him to do.

It's my opinion that Nulu, Butchertown, and Germantown have been on the radar too long to find great deals with ease, but this is only based on hearsay from realtor friends and from being of aware of the rising prices over the last several years.
