Although it was so low, the problems are mostly cosmetic and other than the aesthetics and smell, the house is in pretty great condition.

Many failure points as well as potential hazards.For sure if someone has the pockets and wants to be unique on the block, they are certainly aesthetically pleasing, but realistically a solar solution for only the 0.01% economically.

This is cheap and can add a lot of bang for your buck in terms of aesthetics.

From the looks of it they need minor repairs (haven't had my contractor really I spectrum yet)- mostly aesthetic.

However, after our inspection we are confident that there is nothing structural/mechanically wrong, just aesthetics need to be improved.
