Best case scenario if the figure out a way to shave off a part of the deck.Worst case scenario the neighbor tells you off and at that point you should get some legal advice and exercise what ever right you do have.

For SFH its squared footage / bedrooms / and area that help command price basically just like apartments.. harder to shop in person for comps so listings on major sites are easy to track by area / map Apartments basically the same way,, but transportation / bus sometimes is a big plus.. and if your in a close nitch with similar size apts I'd recommend go and physically check to see what they are offering,, shop them as I bet they have shopped you.. 

She didn't like the fact that I wouldn't be the owner of the property and would get non-refundable option consideration money if the T/B doesn't exercise their option to buy.

It also included taking time to physically drive by the property and checking out comps.

Do you have the down payment shown or are you doing an exercise to get up to speed and learn?  

I've discussed this with a lawyer, I am able to evict based on my zero tolerance for criminal activity addendum, but an eviction with a physically aggressive person doesn't sound like a great idea.

I had learned how to sell options, how to remodel my house, how  to day trade, how to start a self directed ira, I started a Physical Therapy clinic, mined bitcoin, made a few websites, I think I may have even learned how to raise chickens/honeybees/ and grow organic vegetables.

PM sounds like a jerk.. and your stuck defending someone you hired to do the best job possible for you.. they dropped the ball and you need to further monitor what they are up do and doing by physically taking action and checking what's up.  

When I am asked to stage 3 or more property's at a time, is it physically possible to do it.
