Hello everyone, Im not sure if this is a glitch but my inbox messages over lap each other.Does anyone else have this problem?

Work overlaps the one on the 13th. 

There are others, and I don't believe they overlap.

This is going to impact residential rentals as well, even if there is not perfect overlap in your target audience (renters).

Now for your spread there's potentially an overlap and hence you may want to reach out to brokers on both sides.

Electric can likely be split easily if the apartments don't infringe on each others electric, you might need to look and see if there is any funky overlap.  

Just kind of bogged down with all these overlapping things and don't have a call with a CPA til next week. 

I am confident I can find regular tenants by renting to the interns my company employs for six months at a time (they over lap their internships so there's always an intern at the facility).

For now, both are nicely cash flow positive and renters are literally clamoring/overlapping one another to get in them.

I don't know if that's a completely different animal or I'm getting hung up on terminology overlap.
