So I guess it's what they call "fat FIRE."

I use QBO, so I just log on my cell phone, because I can snap a picture of the physical receipt or invoice to be saved with the record online, and then I can throw it away.Acquisitions: I am not actively trying to grow my portfolio, but I do have alerts setup through the MLS that give me emails everyday. 

I check emails in the middle of the night, answer phone calls on my personal cell and constantly am available for my clients.

This morning a Superintendent of a public school district calls my cell phone and asks me to spell out the options for an upcoming HS trip.  

Does anyone out there know of any effective ways to obtain cell phone numbers?

Cell phone, mileage, books, coaching, hotels, food, etc. 

He was charging his cell phone since the electric was shutoff for non-payment at his unit.

It could be that she (like a lot of tenants) has enough money to pay the rent, but just isn’t putting a high priority on paying it and is spending her money on everything else first (i.e. cable, cell phone, eating out, new clothes, etc).

I definitely have some renters still paying now because they are receiving the fat unemployment checks.
