I know everyone has a favorite route they take.. tell us a little about your operation.My take on crowd funding is a little different I actually see them more of a Hard money lender ... with many really concentrating on rehab loans .. granted they do some equity deals but they really do quite a bit of plane jane rehab lending. 

Why drive for dollars when there is an army of service drivers running the streets everyday, UPS, Fedex, lawn guys, drug store delivery guys.

There is a lot to learn and adding a long commute or plane ride to it just complicates things and makes the whole process that much more expensive. 

I haven’t been in Atlanta yet, and I’ve been trying to get as much knowledge about the market as possible prior to jumping into a plane. 

As long as it's not in the 100 year flood plane there should not be a problem.  

Boeing  787 being built at the Charleston airport Boeing has optioned 1000's of acres around the airport.. 787 battery problems fixed they have gone from delivering 2 a month to 5 a month and with the gas efficiency and the cabin pressurized to 4k feet this is a plane that has a good 20 year run.3.

I'd wager a guess there is a US bank or Fedex office or something private that has a shorter wait time. 

Are the $400 plane tickets worth it once every half year?
