You will have to manage a builder and bank time and energy for that.Out of state investing takes different time and energy inputs by building a team and managing that team to move you closer to your goals.  

For me, I have more energy and am happier when I work out and eat a somewhat healthy diet (and it definitely recuces stress).

That is due to complexity of newer systems introduced by efficiency and safety enhancements.

But, what critics of NAR fail to realize is that this has resulted in the most efficient system of transferring real property in the world.  

Plenty of people out there have the money for deals, but the lack the time and energy to FIND them.

I'd be curious if anyone has recommendations for different building types/materials that are cost efficient and also look good.
