I have a few questions related to DSCR loans that I'm not easily finding the answers to online so I thought I'd post some of them here to glean this community's insights.

For example, in Los Angeles County, the asset or appraisal value of the property is relatively easy to find online.

There are some of the new online lending platforms that might work, but again I think probably what they will charge you vs what you might make is not a good option.
