Similar to Long Beach/ LA close to the beach where you can drive street by street and neighborhoods will drastically change from A-to-B-to- C and lowerI'm making an offer on a 10 unit in El Cid area blocks from the intercoastal.I also liked Singer Island -very 'beach town' vibes and a lot of senior citizens it seemed and North Palm Beach seemed like a great area (west of dixy highway)Also in more central West Palm beach along broadway it got a bit sketch but there were some decent cash flowing properties.

This is great if you're goal is bragging at the country club but if you're trying to build up or preserve wealth it pays to know your real numbers.To do that imagine that you are the CEO of a large real estate company (or a singer/songwriter out on tour ;) and that someone has to paid a market competitive amount to perform every task associated with operating a property successfully on a long term basis.
