(might need to be an accredited investor)5- lend the money out hard money at like 2 points 12% interest. 6- use it to pay down high interest debt7- put in stock market... who knows what will happen8- keep it in your bank account9- go buy a Tesla or a boat with it. 10- give it to a financial advisor to invest it into some well diversified mutual funds. 11- invest it into a Ponzi scheme /pyramid scheme.

A landlord buys and will at some point sell, they will finance, manage, repair, renovate, they may employ others to find properties, the may end up doing lease options, seller financing, you might sell the note, you might find a heck of a deal and decide not to hold it but flip it....you get the idea.A capital company can do all of these things as the top of a pyramid or on a lateral structure.

"Pyramiding" via equitable gain's is the prevailing "super-power" to growing a portfolio.

Most importantly, not being able to earn additional passive income streams other than the $10, $20, $30, or $100 mentioned in some of the other Forums I read, almost Pyramid-Like.Let's make it interesting, I want to know if any of you all can show me ways of earning an additional $100,000, plus, a year on a real estate portfolio of $2,000,000 net equity, without me selling or borrowing against it?

From my home at the base of the Bass Pro Shop Pyramid, in the Pinch District, in Downtown Memphis to my office in East Memphis it is 10-15 miles depending on which route I take.There are three different routes which take me through a total of 50+/- different neighborhoods in the City of Memphis.
