If you do the math the pyramid business model is mathematically flawed.

If you want to grow a portfolio, the math is clear, you must sell to Pyramid UP. $250mnth is not good performance.

Try to rehab a house 2,000 miles away with no money as a beginning investor.I basically had to run a pyramid scheme in order to finish this project.

Growth is best served TRANSACTING properties to HARVEST appreciation/equitable gains for redeployment of those gains (better know as PYRAMIDING). 

It was clearly just a marketing pyramid scheme of selling more and more programs because none of the other members were getting any further along to buying any properties.

It's not some MLM, pyramid type gig you can just experiment with attempting to make quick or easy money.

so looks like REV paying investors/feeder fund like Norada 25%, Norada paying note investors 12-15%, Pyramids are great real estate but not good investments.

It appears he is on a course of actions that will not change.The pyramid scheme became obvious when the underlings started to reign down in the forums here, as many mentioned, where no one looks too kindly on SubTo, not knowing what they were walking into and not caring because they were looking for the "hungry" bros who would spend the $8,800 to get into the community and "share" deals.

I got caught in a pyramid scheme in 2022 also.
