I haven't come across too many but it's required along with many other requirements.Lastly, there is a long list of cases that state because the TCPA is penal rather than remedial, your insurance company doesn't have to cover any awards and there is no cap on damages in a class action suit.

@Rory DarcyRecommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.Property Class will typically dictate the Class of tenant you get, which greatly IMPACTS rental income stability and property maintenance/damage by tenants.If you apply Class A assumptions to a Class B or C purchase, your expectations won’t be met and it may be a financial disaster.If you buy/renovate a property in Class D area to Class A standards, what quality of tenant will you get?

. - Many of the Renter's Insurance policies do offer limited damage protection to owner, so it may be a good business decision for an owner to pay while tenant being evicted.Property managers CANNOT get liability insurance on a property they have no ownership interest in.
