Looking to learn for my first BRRRR Project

Renata Johnson
Posted

Hello! My name is Renata Johnson and I'm returning to BiggerPockets to learn all about BRRRR method, along with other forms of Real Estate. I'm currently in a rent to own house we are moving out of and will be renovating and renting. I'm excited for the opportunity to use what I learn to make this deal happen. I'm open to network with anyone with comments, advice, or knowledge that they feel would be helpful.

Hi Renata,

To gain a clearer understanding of the overall condition of the home—including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and the roof—and to identify any major issues such as asbestos, water damage, mold, foundation concerns, or wood-destroying insects, I strongly recommend having the prospective properties thoroughly inspected. This will also help assess the extent of any necessary remodeling.

Give me a call.
