It definitely takes the right person or persons to want to take on a portfolio like this, so I would imagine it would take timing and you may have to take a haircut from top-of-market prices (or get creative) to sell as a package.

I would wait until you have made 6 monthly payments, if you refinance before then, the loan officer and the bank have to return 100% of the income they made on the loan and up to a $5000.00 haircut on top of that.

Hypothecation agreements are more foreign to investors here I would think but I think you'd end up with the same haircut if there were any note types here that would entertain this deal.
