I too have decided to create a separate traditional Texas LLC to manage the assets held by the cells in the series LLC.

I tried to put the pieces together to build a solid team out there but it's really tough unless you have someone local to help you run it or are willing to drive back and forth.

Also, a savvy investor who sees your foreclosure notice may decide it's too much of a hassle to try to secure quit claim deeds from all heirs and still make a big enough profit from the sale to bother.
