which forms should be included in C.A.A form package for lease agreement?

Hello,

I am in the process of drafting a lease contract. Initially, I attempted to download and edit the latest CAR form to save around $3XX. However, I quickly realized that the time spent was costing me more.

I decided to become a CAA member for access to lease forms, and I found them—especially the online forms—to be very comprehensive and easy to complete.

When selecting a lease agreement, the system provides a package of forms and allows me to add or remove specific ones. I assumed all essential forms would be included in the package. However, I noticed that the Mold Notification Addendum and Mold Information were not included in the basic package.

I would like to ensure that all essential forms are included in the lease package. Could you please let me know what other forms we should add to the basic package?

Since we have a few unique provisions, I am also adding the CA-060 Addendum to Rental Agreement to the package.
