Sorry, but real estate must be your profession.If you are brokering to others, an affiliate, or a correspondent, then none of this matters.

-Maintenance, find a local NARPM chapter and they probably have a bunch of affiliate vendors on there.

So, in summary, if I was you, I would stay away from both the Azzam Group, RE/MAX Haven, and anybody else affiliated with them.  

At the time of my purchase I was swayed by my realtor and his affiliated PM business despite  numerous higher ups at my employer trying convince me otherwise.
