Consider the time, effort, and expense to develop a concept plan to include site drawings, home types, homes per acre, site storm water retention plan, tree save areas, conservation areas, wetland setbacks, time considerations for meetings with county land use planners, negotiating easements for utilities, rezoning meetings with county council, revisions to your plans to meet demands of neighbors, planners and/or county council, and hopefully getting a final approval for your project.

Many financial planners and wealth advisors are going to be super hungry to get you to hand over $5M in investments to them to manage.

Also, how do you find the rest of the members of the team who aren't financial planners, tax professionals, accountants, lenders, and real estate agents?

The SCE planner even said it doesn’t make sense.

Hi all, I am an urban planner turned investor and have been in the REI game for about 4 years now.

I'm working on calling a list of event planners to see if they will share any information.As long as I have a plan before renovations, then I think my worse case scenario is that I spend some time, learn some things, and sell it.

I am a planner type of person and am trying to build my own guide for home buying.
