ISO: Every member of a multifamily real estate team here in MD

Hi. So I'm new to the multifamily real estate business here in MD. I don't own any real estate yet. However, I created my LLC. While listening to the BP podcasts, I found out I was making a big mistake, which is the fact that I haven't completed my team yet. I've been so focused on finding the deal first. So here are my questions: while there are sections on this site to find people to create your team, how do you know who are the best people to be on your team when there are so many? And what questions do you ask them to help you decide? Also, how do you find the rest of the members of the team who aren't financial planners, tax professionals, accountants, lenders, and real estate agents? The bottom of the page only shows who the members of your team should be and why you need them. Thank you for your help.
