Berkshire County is a beautiful place, I lived in Great Barrington for 3 years.

@Barrington Ferguson Jr Every deal that comes across my desk in Sandy Springs sells within an hour, given that the property is researched by the acquisition agents here and deemed to be in a growing part of town.  

On the Barrington (East) side the homes are typicaly more expensive and larger (typically being built later).  

I mean who is going to invest in Hinsdale, Lake Forest or Barrington for cash flow?
