Hi My name is Bob Kalik, just joined the site.  I'm a buy and hold investor mostly in Camden county but own properties as far south as New Castle County Delaware, so i'm open to Burlington and Gloucester and New Castle County as well.  Once in a while i will do a flip if it's in Cherry Hill or Voorhees.
