The market is in the Berkshires in MA between Great Barrington and Catamount ski area. 

I have bought and sold several properties across Chicago and Barrington area over the past seven years, and was a real estate agent for 2 years in my early twenties.

We're located in Great Barrington, MA and we are rookies getting into REI.

The south side had/has a meth problem......and this area around FS, Raymond, Barrington, Garfield park, etc was definitely not the area to be in

My mom is the owner of a small (3 beds, 1 bath) home on two acres in a very coveted area between Great Barrington and Sheffield, MA.

@Barrington Smith I'd be happy to walk through this deal in more detail via phone of webinar if it would be helpful, but at the surface I have the following thoughts:- I'm unsure what T5-0 entails, I'm assuming its some kind of mixed use.
