My tenants were relieved and wanted to kiss my ring!

I downloaded a file from the adventures in CRE wed site.

I recently got engaged and am looking to move in with my fiance to save money before our wedding.

It would be like a boxer that steps into the ring sometimes going against a guy who spars every single day...

Well, I definitely learned something this week because my plan was to use my wedding funds (wedding is this month) towards the down payment.

Getting the phone to ring with new business is the hardest piece (just like with ANY business). 

I am being consistent, I am a realtors assistant and will refer people to them if I get someone that would rather list their house but I first have to get the phone to ring.

The last time I inspected the backyard was about a year to maybe 10 months ago , when they let a simple fix of a new wax ring on the toilet flow water for several months not telling me and ruined the tile floor.
