@Christine Kankowski Nailed it for you from a Realtors perspective Account Closed the only thing that I would add is that because Real Estate (Investing, flipping, etc) is hot right now as a result there are tons of people that are curious about getting involved to make quick buck, these people love to analyze numbers, see properties and look at comps but have no intention of making  purchase (at least not anytime soon).
