To let that profit wither away in a plain old .05% bank account seems like leaving money on the table where it otherwise could be put to use.

Lenders want skin in the game, and since your experience hasn't gotten there yet, it is more risk to the lender which in plain terms means a higher interest rate and more points.You need to find "private lenders", but again, they want you to show them examples of past deals before lending money.Wishing you the best!

My day job is as a certified mold investigator. 75% of my clients are sick in some way as a result of mold exposure. 

I lived in San Diego in the late 70's and I'd make you sick if I told you what you could by then and for how much!  

Some of that is just plain inaccurate.  

I wanted to start this discussion by stating that I'm sick and tired of getting approached by people recruiting for MLM companies.  

We are working on a deal in Coopers Plains now...negotiating price.

I have a house with the same issue, but I am considering raising the house more and replacing the foundation with a higher one to lift the house out of the flood plain.

.- What I bring to the table: I am plain spoken, have realistic expectations, will not drag you from property to property or ask you to make ridiculous offers and will NOT waste your time.
