Looking for a Vancouver, WA buyer's agent
So... I have found a property that might be a good prospect, in an area that I like and need to get myself a buyer's agent to determine next steps. Here is what I am looking for:
- Someone who can talk my language: I speak Finance FIRST, then English. I also speak French and Spanish, but that's besides the point.
- Someone who can talk me through options, is up to date on regulations, zoning, etc. The property is borderline between fixer-upper and burner-downer, so I need help figuring options.
- Someone who has an EXTENSIVE network of contacts (builders, contractors, legal) to get me in touch with (not a 1-deep list of overpriced buddies, people with solid references and track records). You should be able to talk about the pros-and-cons of contact A vs. contact B, etc.
- What I bring to the table: I am plain spoken, have realistic expectations, will not drag you from property to property or ask you to make ridiculous offers and will NOT waste your time. I have cash on hand, ready to put to work. No fancy, no-money-down etc. dreams for me.
Ping me directly if interested.
Thanks.
