It is a very high cost of living and my landlord has been renting out the triplex for a little below market value for the past few years, however he is going to be selling the property ( all three units)  (This area is considered very nice and "shouldn't" depreciate in value. )I have been trying to deep dive into bigger pockets, reading bigger pocket books, watching videos but  a lot of the resources talk about multi-family properties as purely renting out all units and not actually living in one of the units. 

I've done tons of reading and watching videos on Youtube that give very in depth information so I do feel comfortable tackling this deal, but would love some advice as I go through the steps or just someone to come back to for next steps mentorship.

If you're not careful you can easily end up paying $200/mo in subscriptions without even realizing it (this has been the case with my partner and I, between video game stuff and music and entertainment, etc. etc...).

Other communication platforms that I've used which are very effective are Discord and Slack.For training videos, "loom" is a great platform to look into!

I post 2 videos a week for development and look at lots all over and talk about it and post on every platform. it's all I do. sounds like you have a lot going on so I'd decide what you really want and take the risk.
