Hi AllFor a 2nd floor condo am I better off with LVP or laminate for noise reduction?

It will be a grind but if you follow that formula you'd be financially free in less than 10 years. 

I do not know who bought it yet or when they take possession.I did end up buying a different property, a 3/plex with 3 beds & 1.5 baths with each unit being about 1,000 sq ft.I'm happy with the outcome, the big advantage with the place I ended up buying:1) Units are side-by-side not up/down so less noise transfer between units2) MUCH better areaHopefully the new owners next door take care of the property and fix it up and improve the quality of the tenants. 

I've been struggling with getting 0% yield on my savings account and seeing prices of my potential investments go up at 5-15% over the past year...Anyone have a good solution as to where I can invest and try to grind out slow conservative returns?

Those little dogs are really yappy so in a multi not sure what I would do to make sure you don't get overrun with dog noise.

It's imperative that you pay less attention to outside noise that may burn you out and tune your focus to that the family is trying to achieve.Let's say you can't find deals in the DFW area, then expand your search criteria miles out .
