Communicate and set expectations.

I have also managed the day-to-day operations which involved me ensuring all amenities were stocked, coordination with the cleaning staff, and handling communication with challenging guests.My Remote work skills have proven me to be a great asset for my property owner who was not much involved in running their airbnb rental but was well-informed by me. 

Like for most others, this is part of the contribution bucket of my life and, by answering in the forum, I can help multiple readers at the same time.Unfortunately, that limits the time I have to give free advice through other channels but I've done it multiple times when I could.

Communication was not good so the entire process so I said no..

We have 15 rentals and have been using Buildium for 8 years for tenant communications, collecting rent, and leasing.

I watched the 3:28:27 YouTube video "How to start an AirBnB business the ultimate free course" Rob posted on his channel Robuit and now feel equipped with everything I need to start my 1st STR.

I just need help to channel it in the right direction.

I believe I have never communicated with Jonathan in person (PM, text, email, phone, etc).  

She owned the property for about 12 years and although she didn’t believe in ghosts and communicated to me she never experienced anything she had guests who still would tell her they had seen the woman in the master bedroom where we had so many experiences with her.

Any recommendations with communications  (both with guests and the their respective booking platforms) and handling current upcoming bookings?
