We all know how people are when they look at a property don't like the paint color etc. was wondering if it was a good idea to find someone and finish it to their liking's.

@Roderick Carabott  the best places are located in the areas of southwest ranches(very pricey), weston, coral springs, davie, plantation, sunrise.

There's nobody to tell us what trees to cut, what colors are acceptable to paint the home, when to mow our lawn, what kind of vehicles can be parked in the driveway, where to place our garden hose and trash can, etc.

Maybe the carpet is a different color where the sofa was.The existing tenant may not actually move out on the day they said they would.

They are building something in CA every day.If you are insistent on investing out of market, it appears the top rental areas to consider are Cape Coral-Fort Myers Florida, Naples-Marco Island Florida and Knoxville Tennesseehttp://www.cnbc.com/2016/05/09/the-top-towns-for-real-estate-investors.html?
