I had them arrested for a stolen vehicle last summer.

If I were hooked on drugs and the person that I bought drugs from conducted business in such a way the it insured I would never be caught or arrested, I would consider him intelligent.

I can see them asking that.Now, my reply would be "it may be increased as rents have been far below the market" I wouldn't put them in cardiac arrest at that point saying that rents need to be determined fairly and I'd also stress that their long tenancy will be taken into consideration.

They send an inspector to the house and they will either dis-connect it or they will call the authorities in to arrest the thief.

I look at it this way:I can always get more money (some people reading this just fell to the floor in cardiac arrest).Time?

Upon review, we found that in addition to the credit issues that were pointed out, the application has multiple points of non-approval including, but not limited to:-Eviction History:PINELLAS COUNTY CIRCUIT COURTFLcase number02011-07-20FORCIBLE ENTRY/DETAINERapplicantLEE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURTFLcase number02011-05-03FORCIBLE ENTRY/DETAINERapplicant-Criminal History: - Offense Description: FELONY BATT OR DOMESTIC BATT BY STRANGULATION Arrest Date: 2011-12-23 -Offense Description: DRUG EQUIP - POSSESS AND OR USE Arrest Date: 2011-12-24Based on these findings, we will not be able to approve APPLICANTS application and he will not be allowed to be added to the lease and move in to the property.

I suppose you wont get arrested.. but the offending real estate agent/broker at least in our MLS system OR WA is subject to a 20k fine and expulsion.. keep in mind no one wants crooks or thieves having access to the private showing remarks etc. 

None of the people arrested are on my lease.
