Complete gut with new kitchen and bathroom and added bathtub to 1st floor bath.

I’ve been living in the same rental for the last 2 years and have never had any issues, but 4 days ago I came home and noticed that my bathtub looked like it was going to fall through the floor into the basement.

The bathtub was taken out, and the kitchen converted to a entertainment bar, removing the kitchen sink and replacing it with a bar sink.

Is this an indication of termites behind the bath tub?

Thinking of opening up the bathroom, should I remove bathtub and install stand in showers? 

I am a contractor and I just replaced only a bathtub in a apartment.

I live about 50 minutes from the unit - on a good day, before the afternoon commute traffic makes it unreasonable to drive there.So the current PM called one morning & said there was a leak from upstairs bathtub showing up in downstairs ceiling.

Is there now or has there been any mold on interior heated and cooled portions of any dwelling on the Property other than on the walls, floors or ceilings of showers, sinks, and bathtubs?
