Is this the best place on bigger pockets to find a wholesaler in Nebraska?

The ones I have seen on the south east coast are solid homes many of them that age no longer around were either too small for modern buyers, lacked major items like central AC or burned in the past.

I’m looking to use USAA’s rental property insurance as well for a property in Nebraska, but I just got quoted today higher than I expected.

I live in a smaller city about an hour south east of Pittsburgh, PA, called Uniontown.  

Think of the usual suspects in the midwest and southeast.

First, We are looking at markets and have narrowed some good markets in terms of lifestyle, safety, and home quality to Westerville, Hilliard, Lincoln village, Westgate, Franklinton, Southwest German Village, Far South, Livingston Park, South Side, South Alum Creek, Southeast Area, Berwick, Eastmoot, Woodland Park, North Central, Italian Village East.
