(Really depends on the market and how many similar properties are nearby—suburbs are easier to pull comps for for example because of an abundance of similar properties in the immediate area.)

Even with the abundance of apartments in the area, people still like having access to the private yard and other perks of a house.

I think the challenge with this group of investors is they are taught from some guru who makes it sound like buying notes is the equivalent of going to the grocery store and picking an ice cream flavor (readily abundant and cheap).

It creates a perception of abundance for the landlords.

I like to think in terms of value and abundance.

Even ones in suburbs just outside of a metropolitan area where other STR inventory isn’t in abundance.

I'm sure there's an abundance of seasoned investors on here that wish they'd gotten started that early.

I have good credit but an abundance of student loan debt (THANKS LAW SCHOOL) so I am looking for any advice on how to manage this situation moving forward.
