STR in St. Paul/Minneapolis
Hello! Does anyone have an STR in the Twin Cities area, and perhaps more specifically a SFH in St. Paul or Mpls? I'd love to hear your experiences. How has occupancy been over the last year? How to do expect your STR to perform in 2021? Thanks!

@Annie Weeks hi Annie unlike what people have said Minneapolis and Saint Paul is an absolute perfect place for airbnb. There are many successful investors who own aairbnbs in these areas. There are some absolutely killing it in rental arbitrage as well. You need to talk to people like adam tafel (for some reason can't tag him).
Everybody I know has been booked solid for months. Do your research, don't listen to people who don't know the area or don't know the niche
