The content is good, the interface is simple and effective, and their customer support is ridiculously good!

For some people there is a huge learning curve, do not be ashamed to ask for help.2) You could switch to quickbooks onlineI have not done this, but it seems more simple and the support is way better (I have heard).

Customer support is good and the product continues to be improved on a regular basis.   

It's customizable, the platform is easy to use, integrates with major OTAs, and more importantly, the support is great.

The poles however, if you look close, have the mounts screwed into the runner, which is screwed into the middle support. I
