Rehabbing Spreadsheet for Expenses

Hi All, 

I recently purchase a second investment property last week Friday in less than 7 months! As I start my rehab/renovation project on this property, I realized that I need to find a great spreadsheet or a sample of one that would help me to keep better track of my expenses  as I would like to see just how close I get to my initial estimated Cost of repair. I am hoping to be under or if not spot on with this one. 

My question is: Where do I find a great Rehabbing Spreadsheet Template? Are there any one BP?

@Melissa Gittens, I have one that I used, but ending up hacking it up to my own preferences. Someone created  nice excel sheet, and I believe I got it from BP!! So if you wish, I can pass it on...
