If you are serious about being a wholesaler business OWNER (NOT EMPLOYEE) then you need to check out Investorfuse. It's $197/month or $1970/ year which saves you 2 months. If you can't afford $1970/ month then you are not creating a business but work for yourself. I have come to realize this recently. There's another program call freedomsoft. Check it out for yourself.
Guys, stop creating work for yourself. Start working ON your business instead of IN your business creating CRMs from scratch. Paying the money for a CRM will make you money.
I would encourage you to set up a chat with an invesotorfuse or freedomsoft rep and see which one is better for you. DISCLAIMER: I am not affiliated with either company and I don't get compensated for referrals. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CRM IF YOU DO NOT HAVE LEADS. We are all here to support each other and grow the greater community of real estate investors and entrepreneurs! Go get them!!!
I would love to hear how you are all going. Let me know what you are up to and how many leads you guys are closing.
