I would be a little cautious about mold because there are toxic strains.

However, the FHA may realize it's been too "loose" and start to tighten standards.

Lot of cities are tightening the belt for short-term rentals requiring licensing for short-term rentals, and special taxes.

I think the problem solves itself right there.I get how you're feeling, but use your energy to tighten up your business operations and improve your processes to avoid this kind of sting in the future.
